Sliding doors are an excellent option for high-traffic areas and places where space limits the opening of a hinged door. They also deliver an expensive look while remaining cost-effective.

For enhanced thermal comfort and performance, we also offer double glazed sliding doors with insulated glass units with a range of options including toughened, low-e, laminated and sealed double glazing.
Stackable Aluminium Sliding Doors
Stackable aluminium sliding doors are an excellent choice for large areas, especially where unobstructed views can be appreciated. Aluminium stacking sliding doors open to two-thirds their width compared to a standard sliding door which opens to half its width.
These doors completely open up your house to the outside world, and let in maximum light and ventilation. They are also visually stunning and stylishly modern.
This style of sliding door is installed with panels that slide in the same direction and stack behind a fixed panel.
For enhanced thermal comfort and performance aluminium stacking sliding door panels can be glazed with a range of options including toughened, low-e, laminated and sealed double glazing. Normally stackable doors have 3 panels but you may also have 4 panels if you desire.
Bi-Fold Doors
The Bi-Fold door has been designed for maximum enjoyment of unobstructed views, enabling a connection between the indoors and outdoors. These doors are suitable for balcony door areas, outdoor rooms alfresco areas and particular when you have wide views or an outdoor entertainment area. Bi-fold doors can be constructed in several configurations, up to 6 panels, and can stack to one side or for multiples, to both sides. We install a specialised bottom roller system that will support the bi-fold door weight on the sill rather than on the top of the frame.
Bi-fold doors are compatible with double glazing. A variety of glazing options are available, including toughened, low-e, laminated and sealed double glazing. Bi-fold door panels can stack inwards or outwards, depending on your available space.
Hinged Doors
Hinged doors are a practical and yet simple solution for your home. You have many style options to choose from, and the aluminium rails can be further extended for larger aluminium door installation. MRI can fabricate single or double-hinged doors, and French-style doors.
MRI’s profiles for hinged doors don’t compromise on quality, as they combine both performance and aesthetics.
The door stiles and rails are substantial and strong, and come with many upgrade options such as double glazing, decorative glazing bars or choice of locks. MRI can also add hold-open door closers to allow easy access.
The hinged door installation is practical, sound and because of the locking options provides a sensible security choice and looks attractive in aluminium frame.
